Return Period

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• unused;
• in the same condition as when you received it;
• in its original packaging, if possible;
• accompanied by a proof of purchase or order number.

Upon receipt of your request, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

Items returned without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Return Costs

The costs for returning an order are borne by the customer, unless:

• the product was received damaged;
• the product is defective;
• an incorrect product was delivered.

In these cases, we will cover the return costs.

Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Items

Check your order immediately upon receipt.

Contact us as soon as possible via info@zuraa.nl if:

• an item is damaged;
• an item is defective;
• you have received an incorrect product.

We will then work together to find a suitable solution.

Exceptions to Returns

For hygienic reasons, used products cannot be returned.

In addition, the following items cannot be returned:

• personalized or custom-made products;
• gift cards;
• sale items (to the extent permitted by law);
• products that, for hygienic reasons, are not suitable for return after their seal has been broken.

Do you want to receive a different product?

The fastest way is to return the current product and then place a new order once the return has been approved.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be:

• unused;
• in original condition;
• in its original packaging, if possible;
• accompanied by a proof of purchase or order number.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation.

When the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the order.

If you exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, you will also receive back the original standard shipping costs of the order.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval of the return.

Please note that banks and payment providers may have additional processing time.
