Statutory right of withdrawal: 14-day cooling-off period

If you are a consumer buying online from ZURAA, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase without stating a reason within 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you appoint other than the carrier, receives the goods. If an order is delivered in separate parts, the period begins after receipt of the last part. This also applies to discounted products.

How to withdraw

Clearly notify us of your decision within the withdrawal period, by email to info@zuraa.nl or by letter to ZURAA, Frobenstraat 25, 3045 RD Rotterdam, the Netherlands. You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory. You do not need to provide a reason or obtain prior approval. Including an order number is helpful but is not a condition of your statutory right.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal to ZURAA, Frobenstraat 25, 3045 RD Rotterdam, the Netherlands. You meet the deadline if you dispatch the goods before the period ends. Please keep proof of posting where possible.

Return shipping costs

For a normal withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The amount depends on your chosen carrier and shipping method. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, your statutory rights apply and we will provide an appropriate remedy at no cost, including return postage where we are responsible for it.

Inspection and diminished value

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. If you handle them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be liable for any resulting diminished value. Opening packaging does not automatically cancel the statutory right of withdrawal. Statutory exceptions apply only where their legal requirements are met.

Refunds

When you withdraw from the entire order, we refund all payments received, including any original charge for the least expensive standard delivery method we offered. Extra costs for a more expensive method you selected are not refunded. The original delivery charge generally need not be refunded when only part of an order is returned.

We refund without undue delay, no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever happens first. Refunds use the same payment method as your original purchase unless you explicitly agree otherwise. No refund fee is charged.
