Returns and Refund Policy — ZURAA

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing online from ZURAA, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the product. If products are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins after receipt of the final product.

The statutory right of withdrawal also applies to discounted products.

2. How to Withdraw from Your Purchase

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please clearly inform us of your decision within the withdrawal period.

We recommend including your order number, name and the products you wish to return.

You do not need to provide a reason or obtain prior approval. You may also use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this policy.

3. Returning Products

After informing us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the products.

The return deadline is met if you send the products before the 14-day return period expires.

We recommend keeping proof of postage.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For an ordinary withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the products. These costs depend on the chosen carrier and shipping method.

If a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, your statutory consumer rights apply. In such cases, we will provide an appropriate solution at no cost to you, including necessary return shipping costs for which we are legally responsible.

5. Inspecting Products

You may inspect and assess the products in the same way as you would in a physical store.

If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, ZURAA may deduct an amount reflecting any resulting reduction in value.

Opening the packaging does not automatically mean that your statutory right of withdrawal is lost.

Statutory exceptions apply only where the relevant legal requirements are met.

6. Refunds

If you withdraw from your entire order, we will refund the purchase price and any original delivery costs up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option.

ZURAA currently offers free standard shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. No additional refund fees will be charged.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@zuraa.nl.

We will work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

These rights are separate from your statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Statutory Warranty

All ZURAA products are covered by applicable statutory warranty rights.

This means that products must meet the standards consumers may reasonably expect.

If a product does not conform to the purchase agreement, you retain your statutory rights to an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement or another legally available solution.
