1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount, as indicated on our website.

3. Delivery Time

• Netherlands: 2–5 business days

• EU Countries: 5–10 business days

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

5. Delays

Zuraa is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Wrong Address

Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout. Zuraa is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
